In 2013, The Belt Team sold 70 homes in Northern VA – more than almost any other Realtor or team! There are almost 10,000 Realtors in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. The “Average Realtor”sold less than one home every other month! This makes many years in a row that we have dominated the market. Our local market knowledge is INVALUABLE to our Sellers.
