Gail Belt, a licensed Realtor® and Founding Partner of The Belt Team, has been helping clients buy and sell homes for over 40 years! A graduate of Loyola Marymount University in California, she was the first agent ever in her Board of Realtors in California to sell over $1,000,000 worth of homes (in 1967 when the average sales price was $17,000!) and is still #1 in her company today. As the Founding Partner of The Belt Team, Gail provides professional service combined with unique negotiating and marketing skills... skills that only come with experience. Gail and The Belt Team have ranked in the Top Twenty out of over 10,000 agents in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors for most of the past 20 years, was #1 in the State of Virginia for Coldwell Banker from 1994-2007 and has been #1 in her company since 1982.

Terry Belt is the CEO of The Belt Team. Christy Belt Grossman
Christy Belt Grossman is the Chief Operating Officer and Manager of The Belt Team. Christy has been a Vienna resident since 1972 and is very active at St. Mark Catholic Church. She is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia with a degree in Business Administation (’83) and has over 20 years experience in real estate and mortgage lending. A three year Technical Leadership Club Winner when she managed the operations of seven offices of Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Christy manages the overall operations of The Belt Team so that your home transaction is smooth from start to finish!

Jerry Belt
Jerry Belt is a U.C.L.A. graduate (’59) and has been a licensed REaltOR® for over 40 years... first in California where he sold several major land parcels (including San Diego County’s first $1,000,000 land sale) and since 1972 in Virginia. Until 1997, Jerry was with the Federal Government as a Realty Specialist with the Public Buildings Service of GSA. In January of 1997, Jerry retired from GSA to work closely with Christy and head up The Belt Team’s SpecialServices Division.

Pauline Knipe
Pauline Knipe is a Real Estate Specialist with The Belt Team. A licensed Realtor since 1999, Pauline and her family have been Northern Virginia residents for over 10 years. Mary Jane Perry is a Real Estate Specialist with The Belt Team. A licensed Realtor, she prides herself in Superior Customer Service. Being part of a Military Family, (Mary Jane recently retired after 20 years of service in the United States Navy, while her husband remains on active duty in the Navy), she understands the importance of finding the perfect home during your House Hunting Leave and the concerns of selling your existing home during your PCS move. She now enjoys spending more time with her three children, whether watching her boys at their baseball games, or joining her youngest daughter in her baby ballet class. Catharine Via is a Real Estate Specialist and the newest member of The Belt Team. Catharine is a licensed Realtor and resident of Vienna where she lives with her husband and two children. She is a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church and she & her family are very active in the sports community in Vienna. Catharine graduated with a B.A. degree from James Madison University. Krissy Cruse
Krissy Cruse received a California Real Estate License in 2002 and began work as a Broker's Assistant in Carmel and Pebble Beach. Working with high profile clients and the luxury home market gave her a mastery of skilled contract writing, expert negotiating prowess and unique marketing knowledge. Krissy & her family moved to Idaho in 2005 where she found her place on a team as a Buyer's Agent ,selling exclusively new construction in a high traffic sales center. Further understanding of creative financing, custom home sales and social media outlets fueled Krissy's success in real estate. A military move to North Carolina in 2008 provided Krissy with the challenge of working with foreclosures, primarily with VA financing. Like fellow Belt Team Realtor Mary Jane Perry, another military move brought Krissy & her family to Virginia as clients of The Belt Team; and Krissy then activated her Virginia real estate license & became part of the team!
