According to research recently done by Forbes, the Washington D.C. area is #1 when it comes to which major cities are emerging from the recession best. Since we are a part of that market, that should be good news for real estate here in Northern Virginia! (Almost as good as seeing the sun after all that snow . . . or seeing the tulips pop up around the “Welcome to Vienna” sign!)
