Yes, Virginia, multiple contracts do still exist!
The Belt Team listed a home last Friday. By Sunday we had generated 2 contracts. And on Monday, it was time for a SOLD sign. We cannot disclose the sales price until the home goes to closing, but let’s just say that our Sellers were VERY happy!
