The Belt Team recently listed a home on a Friday. By Sunday we had generated 2 contracts. And on Monday, it was time for a SOLD sign. We cannot disclose the sales price until the home goes to closing, but let’s just say that our Sellers were VERY happy! SOLD IN 3 DAYS!
