You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of this Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any legal action or proceeding between The Belt Team and Terry Belt and you related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate State or Federal District Court located in the State of Virginia.
By communicating with The Belt Team or Terry Belt through any of this Site’s forms or links, or by signing up for any of this Site’s total access content, users grant The Belt Team and Terry Belt permission to contact them by E-Mail, or telephone, even if the user is on the “Do Not Call” National Registry.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of this Site and destroying all materials obtained from it.
