Sarina Belt
Sarina is the Director of Business Development for The Belt Team. She has worked with the team wearing many hats over the years, but enjoys focusing her efforts on promoting the team, special events and community outreach. Born in Washington, D.C., Sarina grew up in McLean, VA and earned a Business Degree from James Madison University with a focus in Marketing/Advertising. Sarina has a background in commercial real estate from her years as a leasing specialist with The West Group, who owned, developed and leased most of Tysons Corner. She prefers to bring her energy to the residential side as it allows her to meet new people every day and connect more with clients and the community. Proud to be 100% Italian, Sarina and her husband Terry have lived in Vienna for over 25 years and enjoy spending time with their two sons, their lab Murphy and their large extended family. Sarina is passionate about health and fitness and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an OrangeTheory enthusiast!
