Terry Belt is the CEO of The Belt Team. A licensed Realtor®, NVAR Lifetime Top Producer and Listing Specialist with over 30 years experience, Terry provides the ultimate in client and customer service.... not just meeting clients’ expectations, but exceeding them. Terry is a Georgetown University graduate in Finance (’88). A 43 year resident of Vienna, Terry is active in a number of community organizations and especially enjoys coaching youth sports. Terry’s expertise comes from in-depth market knowledge and top notch negotiating skills and as a result, he has been tapped as a guest expert on WRC AM 570 Business Radio, Real Estate Radio Washington, Breve TV, and on The American Dream TV Show. Gail Belt, a licensed Realtor® and Founding Partner of The Belt Team, has been helping clients buy and sell homes for over 40 years! A graduate of Loyola Marymount University in California, she was the first agent ever in her Board of Realtors in California to sell over $1,000,000 worth of homes (in 1967 when the average sales price was $17,000!) and is still #1 in her company today. As the Founding Partner of The Belt Team, Gail provides professional service combined with unique negotiating and marketing skills... skills that only come with experience. Gail and The Belt Team have ranked in the Top Twenty out of over 10,000 agents in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors for most of the past 20 years, was #1 in the State of Virginia for Coldwell Banker from 1994-2007 and has been #1 in her company since 1982.

Sarina is the Director of Business Development for The Belt Team. She has worked with the team wearing many hats over the years, but enjoys focusing her efforts on promoting the team, special events and community outreach. Born in Washington, D.C., Sarina grew up in McLean, VA and earned a Business Degree from James Madison University with a focus in Marketing/Advertising. Sarina has a background in commercial real estate from her years as a leasing specialist with The West Group, who owned, developed and leased most of Tysons Corner. She prefers to bring her energy to the residential side as it allows her to meet new people every day and connect more with clients and the community. Proud to be 100% Italian, Sarina and her husband Terry have lived in Vienna for over 25 years and enjoy spending time with their two sons, their lab Murphy and their large extended family. Sarina is passionate about health and fitness and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an OrangeTheory enthusiast!

Jerry Belt

Jerry Belt is a U.C.L.A. graduate (’59) and has been a licensed Realtor® for over 40 years... first in California where he sold several major land parcels (including San Diego County’s first $1,000,000 land sale) and since 1972 in Virginia. Until 1997, Jerry was with the Federal Government as a Realty Specialist with the Public Buildings Service of GSA. In January of 1997, Jerry retired from GSA to work closely with Terry and head up The Belt Team’s Special Services Division.
